In the morning, my friend Lindsay's cookie-cutter house community had a giant yardsale. It was pretty cool to go and see about 30 houses with all their stuff on the lawn. I found quite a few deals and got a bunch of throw pillows, picture frames and a lamp for under $20. I also found a very important book that I don't need yet, but I figured hey, for a buck I can be prepared and now I will know what to expect.
After I left there I realize I had a very helacious sunburn. So what better to do than to spend the rest of the day in the sun!
Husband and I decided since it was a relatively nice day (above 70 degrees outside wahoo!) we would head to the Walmart and buy a pool. It took forever to blow up, but it served as a very interesting distraction for the rest of the day. Oh and I ended up with the sexiest tan line of my LIFE.

Husband's dad and his two sisters came over for a visit as well.
That evening we decided to grill some burgers and enjoy the company of some friends. Lots of fun ensued but the best part was when all of us, including the doggys, ended up in the drained kiddie pool. Hi-larious.
I enjoyed sleeping in today more than I can describe.

On a sidenote I would like to point out that Ice-T is a much better actor in Season 3 of SVU than he has been in the others. Seriously.
Sigh. I'm so jealous of your little family. And I can't believe you didn't invite me to the massive yard sale, I would have gone banana's! Sigh, sigh, sigh.
