This week and last I've basically eaten like shit.
There, I said it. And truthfully, the word s-h-i-t is an understatement, though a very aggressive describing word, but it's the best I could do. That being said this isn't even about weight, my jeans still fit. But I feel awful and bloated and gross and yucky and all of that other junk. I've tried a cleanse before and failed, but I think if I can understand that it's only one day, and I can drink some yummy juice to somehow put my body back into feeling normal it's worth it, right?
So for one day, I'm going to drink some good juice, try to re-boost my metabolism and maybe get some yoga in there while I'm at it. It's hard when I sit at a desk all day at the day job because resisting the urge to snack can sometimes be a death wish. I never do well and carrots and celery lose their appeal fairly quickly and the only thing to satisfy the craving is sour cream and cheddar ridgy chips from the rather expensive vending machine.
Send me good vibes so that I can survive for one (maybe two) days on healthy juice and try to get my bloated belly down, good lord.
But just so we're clear, I will still have my cup of coffee.
