

Last week I wrote about attempting to drink juice and cleanse my body for one to two days.
I made it to lunch and had a handful of popcorn. Then I drank juice the rest of the day.
So starting today I am going to try and get a decent sleep schedule down and some exercise in. On my lunch (half) hour every day this week I'm going to go into our little creepy gym/exercise room (I have it reserved, yo) and do a 15 minute mini yoga session. Why? Because if I don't I will literally just sit at my desk, eat chips and watch either Shark Tank or The Voice on Hulu (how much do I love Shakira? I'm convinced she is Aadi's biological mother). Not that there is anything wrong with doing that, but I need a break in the day. A few weeks ago I took a drive but on said drive I pretty much ended up eating fries whilst driving around, so the getting out of the office part was nice but the food part was not so nice. I love fries.
I'm going to try and get up early and write random thoughts. I think it will help with the creative flow.
I'm writing this now as a form of accountability. Maybe I'll screw it up and never revisit this topic again, but hopefully that won't be the case. It is almost summer and I like to hike and try and eat more fruits and veggies now that comfort food season is over (though I will never sacrifice my mac and cheese).
