that time we tried wellness week

My friend Chryshele and I have decided to try wellness week. I found it on Meg's blog a bit ago and thought it may be a good idea to adapt some of these to my life. Change in small doses to teach me commitment.


Water. I love water, I drink it often (more than Tab if you can believe it) so I don't really think this particular option will be a challenge, however I'm going to have to reach for the water bottle one I'm home instead of the Tab. Though I'll still probably drink a lot of tea because the weather had decided to let a cold into my defenseless body. So, there's that.
