It is Sunday. I am going to start a cleanse tomorrow and a starting point to my new "healthyish" lifestyle...I found the cleanse I am doing here along with several other recipes I'm going to try.
My yoga studio has also started a Run Club that meets before select yoga classes and since the treadmill and I don't really get along this may work.
Goal: 145-150 lbs
I would be very happy with these results.
