095. friends in low places

This one took me a while. I have a favorite band and a favorite artist....if I honestly had to choose between the two I'd go with artist, but for the record, my favorite band is Brand New. Brilliance.

And for the record, I really liked the Chris Gaines album, okay? It wasn't terrible.

I love Garth. I have ever since I was three and my dad played Friends In Low Places for me on my way to dance. I don't know what it was about him and his music that captured me, he's not insanely talented, most of his songs aren't even that great, but they remind me of good times and make me feel happy.

I was fortunate enough last year to see Garth in the Vegas a,fter a few failed attempts I was able to get tickets and it is probably the best concert of my life, simply because it was Garth.

I do love 90's country, its weird but I do. And Garth is king of that.
