042. awkward/awesome thursday

Today I'm jumping on the bandwagon of Awkward/Awesome Thursday, mainly because it feels like a good day.

Awkward-

-In preparation for my next post my brother sends me this photo:



Wow, I was still a size 10 but I looked like a 6! That's awkward enough. That stupid dress sucked me in so bad. It was my second choice, but its still not as cute as the dress I ended up with. This one was too fluffy. I don't look good in fluffy.
-Lindsay asking me if I was a school teacher based on my outfit today. Um, no I'm not....thanks.
-Getting confused in my sleep last night that there was a weird "other" doggy at my feet, only to realize its the adopted one.
-Almost Husband and I having sleep conversations. We do this almost every night, it's cute.
-The fact that I only needed one box of candy hearts and Target forced me to buy eight because they are not sold individually. Sadface.

Awesome
-Deals at the DI. 3 dresses for $20 BAM. Too bad I have to save.
-Watching Grey's Anatomy with Almost Husband. He likes to get really dramatic and make up stories when the doctors are staring at each other. It's much more entertaining that way, I assure you.
-This frothy chai smoothie I forgot I had in the refridgerator.
-Singing Meg & Dia in my car this morning and every time a car pulled up next to me I had to pretend I was talking on a blue tooth.

Yeah. I think that was a pretty good amount for my first try, what do you think?
